Dr. Garcia earned her doctoral degree from Saybrook University and has extensive experience across diverse clinical settings. She has worked with children, adolescents, couples, and families. Dr. Garcia is also a Spanish-speaking clinician, offering culturally responsive care to the bilingual communities. Dr. Garcia specializes in the assessment and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and depression. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and humanistic, recognizing that the client is the driving force in therapy. She integrates evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to support clients in achieving growth and resilience.
