Biography

Chauncée holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She brings over seven years of experience as a healthcare professional, having worked closely with individuals experiencing psychiatric emergencies by providing one-on-one support and observation in high-stress settings.

Chauncée is passionate about building a trusting therapeutic relationship with each of her clients. She offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences at their own pace. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and eclectic, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Client-Centered principles to tailor care to each person’s unique needs. She is culturally sensitive and values the diverse backgrounds and identities that shape her clients’ lives.

Upon client request, Chauncée is experienced in integrating a Christian worldview into the counseling process in a thoughtful and respectful way, supporting those who wish to explore the connection between their faith and mental health.

Outside of the therapy room, Chauncée enjoys spending time outdoors, working on DIY projects, and being with her family and dogs.

“Life can be challenging, and you don’t need to walk through it alone. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a space where you feel safe to process, heal, and grow at a pace that’s right for you. Whether you’re facing a specific struggle or simply seeking support, I’m here for you—and I look forward to walking alongside you.”
