Biography
Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Child Advocacy and Policy from Montclair State University and her Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University. She has had the opportunity to work in various settings through internships including public education settings in elementary, middle, and full-service schools. Nicole also had the opportunity to intern at Tri Community and Youth Agency where she implemented and directed multiple programs for children and adults, including therapeutic craft groups.
Nicole has always had a passion for working with children and young adults, providing support and helping them navigate transitional periods. She incorporates multiple therapeutic approaches to tailor services to each client’s specific needs. She understands challenges young people face as they experience life changes such as new family dynamics, anxiety, depression, identity and expression exploration, school challenges and relationships.
Some of Nicole’s hobbies include crocheting, arts and crafts, hiking, spending time with her dogs and board games.
